In a deep frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat.

Add the onion and mushrooms and stir for 5 minutes.

Add the rice and the water.

Once it comes to a boil, boil the rice over medium heat for half an hour.

Remove from the heat and cover with a towel and a lid.

Once the excess liquid is absorbed, remove the lid and serve
